Rozaria Memorial Trust is an NGO which supports women and young individuals in rural communities in Zimbabwe. Their purpose is to create opportunities through health, education and entrepreneurship and help these individuals realise their true potential.
GIRLS VOICES INITIATIVE
Girls Voices Initiative is a nonprofit which works to educate adolescent girls and women on their legal rights. Based in Nigeria, they aim to empower girls with technological and digital media skills, so they can help advocate for the protection of their rights and welfare in society. GVI provides safe platforms for adolescent girls to tell their stories, and inspire others. Their goal is to amplify the voices of girls on issues which affect them.
THE WOMEN'S UNIVERSITY IN AFRICA
The Women’s University in Africa was established in 2002. Their vision is to be the best African university at promoting gender equity and providing equal opportunities in tertiary education. They hope to provide education and service to the community, to help empower students, in particular women, to reach leadership and developmental roles,
COALITION ACTION FOR PREVENTIVE MENTAL HEALTH
CAPMH is an organisation made up of a number of community-based organisations and NGOs across Kenya, which focus on Mental Health. They work on 5 main thematic areas: Advocacy, Capacity Building, Sub-granting, Research, Networking and Partnership. CAPMH’s goal is to increase investments to the grassroots movement and to help promote mental health initiatives in Kenya.
