A new supplement called The Diversity and Complexity of Child Marriage has been published in the Journal of Adolescent Health (JAH). The supplement was funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, and all articles included have been peer-reviewed and edited by the editorial staff of the JAH. Network members Dr Venkatraman Chandra-Mouli and Dr Suzanne Petroni both contributed to this supplement.
The articles investigate several topics within child marriage, including the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on child marriage and recommendations to tackle child marriage. The papers also cover various regions globally, including the USA, Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.
